Ingredients:
Water melon ( Green Portion ) - 500g
Moon Gram -Siruparuppu - 150g
Tomatoes - Thakkali - 3 no.
Onion - Vengayam - 2 no.
Red chilly Powder- Kaintha milagai Thool- 1 Tsp.
Turmeric powder - Manjal podi - 1/2 tea spoon
Mix all & boil up to 2 whistle - pressure cook
For tempering:
Oil - Ennai - for frying
Mustard seeds - Kadugu - 1 tea spoon
Black gram dal - Ulutham parupppu - 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves - Karuvepilai - small quantity
Other items:
Coriander - For garnishing
Salt
